MSRP Rating: “E” for Everyone

BK® Revs Up With the Ultimate Party Game.
Buckle up, race fans: It’s time to get your bump on! Players jump
behind the wheel of a supercharged bumper car and choose a
character (including BK® icons The King, Subservient Chicken,
Whopper Jr, and Brooke Burke). Next, it’s time to select an arena.
Each arena carries a distinct amusement-park feel, and mixes it
up nicely with themes like The Broiler, Monsoon of Doom, The
Deep, King’s Court, and Ice Box.
Events are track-specific and include Shockball, Power Surge,
Last Man Standing, and Own the Puck. Game play varies
depending upon the selected event, so no two races are ever the
same. For example, Last Man Standing features environmental
hazards such as pitfalls, buzz saws and other traps sprinkled
throughout the arenas to add to the fray. Own the Puck features
hockey-styled arenas where players plow into an oversized puck
and score points for keeping it in play the longest. Players can
even power up with shields and more to edge out the competition.
Translation: These bumper cars pack a punch!
Gamers looking to take the action to the next level can join one of
five tournaments including: The Bump Off, Royal Derby, Bump
Master Classic, Bumper Cup 400, and World Bump. Each
tournament offers a variety of competitive challenges, and
players can rack up Achievement points in categories like World
Bump Champion, Slippery Like Eel, Mine!, and What Happened?
Those looking for the ultimate reward can even unlock a special-
edition hot rod or muscle car bumper car!
Highlights include slick visuals, over-the-top gameplay, Xbox LIVE
compatibility and a hilarious carnival-styled menu and interface. It
even comes with a FREE 48 Hour LIVE membership. What more
could you ask for just $3.99?
PocketBike Racer
Publisher: King Games
Developer: Blitz Games (www.blitzgames.com)
Price: $3.99 (Only at BK®)
MSRP Rating: “E” for Everyone
Xbox LIVE Compatible
Plays on Xbox and Xbox 360
Major Action. Mini Bikes. Great Fun.
Ready for an adrenaline rush? Look no further than PocketBike
Racer. Essentially a Kart-styled racing game on caffeine,
PocketBike Racer lets players race, boost, taunt and power slide
their way to victory.
Six King-sized courses include Parking Lot, Backyard Track, King’
s Garden, Under Construction, Fantasy Ranch and Rotate. Each
course features plenty of short cuts, tight turns, obstacles and
the opportunity to catch some major air.
Players start by choosing from two bikes in the 50cc category
(The Zipper, White Lightning, Flow, Gearhead, Puddle Jumper, and
Blur bikes are all initially locked). They then choose their avatar
from a list of BK characters (including the King himself) and hit
the track.
Events include Standard Race, Ultimate Time Trial, Ultimate Cone
Trial, Battle Royale, and Hardcore Racing. Standard Race lets
players collect and use powerups like speed boosts, shields and
bottle rockets to help them reach first place. Battle Royale
focuses solely on dolling out damage to the competition while
Hardcore Racing is all about speed.
Racers can take the action online via Xbox LIVE and play up to
seven other competitors simultaneously. Top speed freaks can
unlock 12 achievements such as Big Stoppie, Standard Gold,
Mascot JR, Big Wheelie and Multiplayer King as they speed to the
top.
Highlights include vibrant environments, multiple viewing
perspectives, unlockable 100cc and 150cc categories, and an old
school soundtrack that recalls 8-bit audio from the glory days of
video gaming. With a FREE 48 Hour LIVE membership included,
PocketBike Racer is a must-have action fest for only $3.99.
Sneak King

MSRP Rating: “E” for Everyone
Plays on Xbox and Xbox 360
Surprise! This Might Just be the Game of the Year.
Move over, Sam Fisher. The King’s in town and he’s taking stealth
action to the extreme. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to
feel like the King in all those wacky BK® commercials, now’s your
chance.
Players take on the role of the King and literally tip toe through
four open-ended, free-roaming environments: Saw Mill, Suburbia,
Construction Zone, and Late Night Street. Newspapers scattered
throughout each level offer challenges that the player can accept
or decline, with the primary goal of each being to sneak up on
hungry pedestrians (indicated with thought bubbles showing
food) and then surprise them with delicious BK® menu items.
Sounds simple? Not so fast. Pedestrians get hungry and will pass
out if they’re not served in time. And even though they’re hungry,
they’ll freak out if they see you coming (wouldn’t you?), so stealth
is key. Use environmental hot spots like boxes, garbage cans,
bushes and more to hide or plan a sneaky surprise. Use your map
to see who’s hungry and who’s on to you, and avoid being caught
at all costs!
Each challenge is graded once completed. Scoring a “C” is easy,
but an “A” requires precision and style. Once the King surprises
someone, he can add some flair to it by triggering his “Flourish
Meter,” which allows him to perform some seriously smooth
moves to impress. Each successful surprise adds to the King’s
Chain Count which depletes ENTIRELY if he’s spotted, so be
careful!
Highlights include open-ended gameplay, First-Person Mode (get
in the King’s head), platform elements, humor and the infamous
unlockable Sneak King suit. It’s all for $3.99 and even includes a
FREE 48 Hour LIVE membership. “Pretty sneaky, Sis.”

North America getting 1 million Wii
consoles
Nintendo appears to be expecting strong production numbers for
the Wii, thanks to the console's lack of reliance on next-
generation hardware components in general. In fact, Nintendo of
Canada's VP and general manager Ron Bertram is confident his
company will have no less than one million consoles ready for
North America alone by November 19th. [link]

The Gaming Basement Gets a Makeover
This is basically the place where I do all of my game playing. I've
recently set up different sections for retro and newer games, and
revamped the look a little bit. I have yet to take pictures with
display cases in place, but that will come very soon. For now, I
hope you enjoy these pictures. [link]
Proud owner of a Nintendo Wii
To say I've gone "ga-ga" for Nintendo's products as of late would
be an understatement. I was able to snag a Wii on launch day and
I've been loving it ever since. Everything from playing games in
480p (thanks to my hi-def cable order from Nintendo's website) to
the Opera browser has been a joy to behold. Virtual Console
games are accurate and phenomenal to play with the virtual
console controller. I also traded in my original Nintendo DS for a
black DS Lite on that day. What an improvement! Check out what
I've been playing on the left side of this page, and you'll see that
the Wii has taken over my gaming life.
